Take a leisure walk along this small little trail. Get a panoramic view of the sea, dense secondary rain forest on the terrain, and the landscape of the southern ridges of Singapore.

Faber Walk Overview

Distance: 1km, Time:15 mins

Faber Walk meanders through Mount Faber Park, one of the oldest parks in Singapore, and ends at Henderson Waves.  The slopes of this 56-hectare park are covered by dense secondary rain forest, and are home to many interesting plants and fauna.

At its peak, the park offers panoramic views of the southern part of Singapore and the Southern Islands.  At night, the park transforms into one of the more romantic spots on the island, where people can enjoy a breathtaking sight of the city's twinkling lights and ships at sea.

The two main attractions at Mount Faber Park are: Faber Peak and Faber Point.

A Unique Hilltop Garden Dining Experience

The name “Arbora” is derived from the Latin word "Arbor", which refers to trees. Perched atop the lush greenery of Mount Faber Park, enjoy a meal surrounded by majestic views of the rainforest hillside. The menu caters to all day casual dining with a selection of western classics, refreshing craft beers and botanical inspired drinks.

Faber Point at Mount Faber

This is an easily-missed attraction during the Southern Ridges Walk.  Faber Point is only 5 minutes walk from Faber Peak!  If you are keen, do not "by pass" this attraction during the walk.

Under Faber Point’s platform is a copper-tooled mural wall that depicts that story of Singapore. The story starts from ancient times when Singapore was still known as Temasek and charts the passage of time to its present day. It is a great way to get a snapshot of Singapore’s history in a short walk.
